• Graduate degree.
• Experience in managing a group of call center operators, layout designers at a publishing house, GIS specialists, map makers, sales representatives; telemarketing management; other management experience.
• Advanced management skills (planning and designing; information search; decision making; efficient social interaction; delegation of authority).
• An experienced PC user; database skills.
